Please note that potential candidates for the Market Practice and Regulatory Policy Department at ICMA need to be familiar with how the international capital markets work, and how they are regulated. Senior Director / Director, Market Practice & Regulatory Policy, ICMA London office
We are looking for a debt capital markets lawyer or public policy professional with debt capital markets experience to join as Senior Director/Director, Market Practice & Regulatory Policy, to support ICMA’s regulatory policy work and underwriter constituency on a range of market practice and regulatory topics relevant to the issuance of new bonds. In this role, you will act as Secretary to the ICMA Legal & Documentation Committee and have extensive exposure to a wide range of senior market and official sector stakeholders. The role will be based in London and report to Ruari Ewing, Senior Director, Market Practice & Regulatory Policy.
